According to the requirements of Document GNKJ [2015] No. 12 issued by National Energy Administration of the People’s Republic of China, “Notice on Releasing the Development and Revision Plan of the Second Batch of Energy Sector Standards in 2014”, and after extensive investigation and research, summarization of practical experience, consultation of relevant Chinese standards, and wide solicitation of opinions, the drafting group has prepared this specification.
The main technical contents of this specification include: drilling preparation, drilling process and method, sampling and testing, drilling acceptance and quality evaluation, and production safety.
